These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Booking and deposit:    A deposit of 25% of the rental is required on booking and the balance must be paid 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.

 

Security deposit:

£1,000 charged to clients' credit card and refunded within 14 days after departure, subject to inspection

Weddings, stag/hen parties and other celebrations are on request only and subject to agreement

(higher security deposit and extra charges may apply)

 

Other Ts and Cs

Guests must have travel insurance which indemnifies them in respect of their legal liability arising from accidental bodily injury to third parties or accidental loss of or damage to third party property. The owners cannot accept any liability for any accidents or thefts at the pool or at the chateau throughout the stay of any guests.

It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation.

 

Swimming Pool           

This is used at your own risk.  Please use the swimming pool in accordance with French Law and not too leave the pool area open – ie secure the gate.  We would particularly warn you not to leave young children unattended within the pool enclosure.  There is a diving board and once again special vigilance of children is required. The pool is maintained by the Guardian and the temperature must only be adjusted by him.

 

 

End of stay cleaning included

There is also a complimentary mid week cleaning service of the shared spaces and bathrooms

The site is not suitable for wheelchair access.
