THE MAIN FARMHOUSE
The main farmhouse has been renovated over the years and retains many of the original features. With its wood-burners and comfortable seating, a library, with an extensive fiction section including books for children of all ages (in English) and a TV/ DVD (UK freeview available) in the cosy living room, it is perfect for all seasons. There are five large double bedrooms and four bathrooms, with a smaller attic bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It has two outside terraces – one facing the courtyard, a gorgeous place for morning coffee, the other faces the orchard with seating for about 15, brilliant in the spring months to admire the blossom, and shaded in the summer with grapevines. The country style kitchen has a wood-burner and a huge kitchen table that seats up to 14. It is well equipped with cooker, hobs, deep freeze, two fridges, two sinks, dishwasher and microwave.
On the ground floor of the main house there is the studio with a bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/diner with access to its own terrace garden. Next to it, and capable of being linked to it, is another bedroom and bathroom. Underneath the other part of the main house is the apartment, which has a large single bed sitting room, a bathroom and a kitchenette.
The other rooms beneath the main house are a laundry with a set of washing machines and dryers and the wine cellar.
